Ten30 Solutions started the way real firms usually start: by being the person people called when something had to get done and there was no obvious one to hand it to. A facility that had to pass inspection. A product that had to ship. A company that had to be formed, filed, and made real. An idea that had to become working software.

Over time the pattern became the point. Understand the problem well enough to know you can solve it. Do the research. Build the process. Stand behind the result. That travels. It does not care what the problem is made of.

So we take on what we know we can deliver, and we say so plainly when something is outside it. We would rather turn down work than deliver something we cannot stand behind. And every problem we deliver becomes a capability we can offer the next person, which is why what we do keeps growing on real work instead of claims.

Today our lead practice is GMP and manufacturing compliance, because that is where the most recent work has taken us. Tomorrow it may be something else entirely. That is not a lack of focus. It is the focus: the process travels, and the standard does not move.
